Halloween

Halloween started off like every other before it. The preparation of candy, picking out costumes, the constant pre scare training on loved ones (wait .. this is starting to sound a bit like monster's inc. ha) though this time it would be totally different. It would be the first year we won house of the neighbourhood! Whilst I have to put in this DISCLAIMER that it was self acclaimed I believe it is a great award nonetheless.

For a family who has a deep-rooted love for Halloween this time of the year is a Highlight to say the least. Warm memories of gripping  a bucket in your hand as you door knock your way down the streets boasting a, what you believe to be, terrifying outfit. The excitement, fun and creativity that comes out of Halloween makes for great images.

With a multitude of costumes you are almost guaranteed  to come original to a Halloween Party. From old classics like the Scary Clown (whom strangely a lot of people seem to have a phobia of) to fresh heroes like Wonder Women and thousands in between which I don’t know if any server could handle. Though I’m going to give you list as Halloween is only around the corner and it’s just too good to not get involved with:

  1. Classics - Witch, Werewolf, Monster, Vampire, Zombie, Skeleton, Dracula... 2. Movies - Wonder Women, Edward Scissorhands, Wednesday Addams , Snow White, Freddy Kruger, Chewbacca, The Joker, Scream... 3. Trending  - Pennywise Clown, GOT Characters, Harley Quinn, Beauty & the Beast, Sugar Skull, Old Taylor Swift.

Just like with incredible toys these days, kids are spoilt with variety, quality and creativity of costumes which look incredible allowing every child to have his own persona for the festivities.

New to Halloween?
If you haven't really celebrated halloween before or you are quite new to the festivities not to worry. The recent fanatical affiliation with outstanding TV Shows like Game of Thrones, Scary movies featuring highly this year and re-visited love of everything retro has you covered for fitting in, or out .. this Halloween season.

Why Halloween?

Because it's fun. It's something we can do together to celebrate being weird or our love for motion art that has imprinted itself on a generation or just an reason to get out and do something. Halloween is a time you can totally get out of your comfort zone and push those social skills beyond your daily limits. In an age of technology and increasingly fast changes it's important I believe to pause look around and communicate to one another. If this seasonal holiday no matter it's origins or significance brings about social activity away from a device then it is as good as christmas for me!
