What is the purpose of art other than for decorating your walls?

Alexis has a simple philosophy: “Happy walls make happy people.” Alexis’s intention through her art is not only to depict beauty in its many forms, but also bring more light and wonder into the world. She believes that through art we can become more aware of our subconscious mind, our emotions and how we connect to the artwork. She has currently been having a lot of success helping her clients with commissioned work. This gives her clients the opportunity to have artwork created specifically for them bring their vision to life.

Following your passion is not as simple as it may sound,

if it was, most people would pursue their dreams, right? Well, in todays day and age, it seems like more and more people are taking the opportunity to forge their own path and become entrepreneurs.

Alexis aims to create one of a kind paintings and illustrations that focus on themes such as mysticism, feminine energy and the beauty of the universe and nature. Her pieces invite the viewer to explore beauty in its many forms, often evoking deep emotion. She seeks to elevate the mood of homes and interior spaces through beautiful artworks as well as invite the viewer to connect with her artwork on a level that is personal and intuitive. Alexis has not only studied in creative fields, but she also has an interest in astrology and decided to study the ancient practice a few years ago in an attempt to learn more about its meaning in our history and the symbolism of each of the signs and planets. She even wrote a small book as part of a university project on astrology as a result of her fascination with the subject.
